April Glossybox

Hello all! This review is a bit late but here are the contents of my April Glossybox.  April's box was the Natural Edition so there was an emphasis on plant-based, paraben free products, including a couple that were organic.  I definitely appreciate the concept of natural products and often search for them, so this was handy.

I received the Figs & Rouge Lip Balm in Peppermint & Tea Tree.  It is 100% natural and organic. I already have the Figs & Rouge Rambling Rose Lip Balm so I was farmiliar with this line.  I have to say, I've enjoyed the Peppermint balm a lot more, as I tend to prefer minty flavors and scents.  The texture takes a bit of getting used to, as it can be a tiny bit grainy but it's a great lip balm and I would absolutely re-purchase!

Caudalie is a French cosmetics brand that I have heard nothing but great things about recently.  This is their S.O.S. Thirst Quenching Serum, labeled for "dehydrated skin." I love finding good skin serums and I have really enjoyed using this one! Skin serums are applied before your moisturizer.  You definitely notice a difference when applying your moisturizer and makeup afterwards, however, it's tempting to use too much because the skin absorbs it so quickly.  The 30ml S.O.S. Serum is £29.

Next is the Philip B. Drop Dead Straightening Balm.  This product is described as a "non-greasy, silicone-free, water-soluble styling aid that gives curly or wavy hair a straight, tangle-free, and sleek finish." Jury is still out on this one, I will give it a review once I try it.
The Monuspa Enriched Body Cream smells amazing! In some ways, I probably would have preferred a body wash because I'm very lazy about applying lotion.  However, this small size is perfect- it gives me hope that I may actually finish it!  It's rich and creamy, sinks right into the skin and makes your skin feel hydrated and smooth.  The 200ml size is £23.

The last thing in April's box was the Inika Certified Organic Eyeliner in Sapphire.  (Deep blue color) I've used another one of these before which I received for free in a magazine. The quality is unparalleled in the world of natural cosmetics - goes on so creamy and smooth.  I've been using it in my waterline, while using a black liquid liner on my eyelid. It stays put and I would highly recommend it.

Happy Monday xo
